Think Patented places 3rd for Community Involvement at the 2015 Dayton Business Journal Manufacturing Awards.

An appreciation for the Dayton area and the many local business relationships that helped Think Patented grow has inspired the management of the Miamisburg-based company to become very involved in the community in a variety of ways.

“We try in a small way to give back by helping charities where we can, “co-owner Niels Winther said.

Every year during the holiday season the firm does food drives for the local food banks. It also participates in  Hannah’s Treasure Chest and supports several charities.  Officials serve on boards of trustees of The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, The South Metro Chamber of Commerce and several other community organizations boards.

Think Patented is also concerned with the environment. The company which has about 125 employees, is very involved with recycling programs, green programs and conservation, and holds an Forest Stewardship chain of custody certification.
