Dear Friends,

Think Patented is open for business!

We have received inquiries asking the status of Think Patented in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. I want to reassure you that fortunately, we have a full, healthy staff on board and are operating  under the current circumstances.

The health of our customers and employees are most important to us and we have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in Ohio and around the world. We have been proactive in our preventative endeavors. Think Patented has implemented additional, stringent sanitation requirements throughout our facility following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and of course following all rules and regulations implemented by the State of Ohio. These endeavors complement our already high-level of cleanliness and sanitation that is standard practice at Think Patented. All who have toured our facility can attest to that.

These additional measures are intended to protect our customers and employees to help ensure we remain open. You have expectations that we want to satisfy but we cannot run our printing presses from home. Therefore, it is imperative that we maintain a healthy and safe work environment and remain capable of satisfying all of your printing and marketing execution needs.

As part of our initiatives, we have instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of concern and caution. In addition to following CDC guidance, we have partnered with additional local sanitation companies for support. All employees have been provided with procedural recommendations to follow and visitor access to our facility is being controlled and monitored. Our sanitation supply chain is keeping us stocked with adequate sanitation supplies to aid our continuing efforts.

Our initiatives are intended to protect our customers and employees and ensure that the Think Patented doors will remain open.
