Think Patented’s CEO receives special honor

Think Patented’s own Kenneth O. McNerney honored.  On January 26, 2014,  Kenneth O. McNerney, CEO & Managing Partner for Think Patented was honored as the 2014 Printer of the year by the Southern Advisory Council and Printing Industries of Ohio – N. Kentucky.

I am both honored and humbled by this award. To be recognized by my peers means a lot. This industry continues to throw all of us curve balls. Without a long list of  great mentors, friends, business partners and family in my life, I would not be here today, to receive this award.

Since 1963, the Southern Region Printing Week Council in Collaboration with the Cincinnati Litho Club honors one individual as Printer of the Year.  The selected honoree must be nominated by a peer and meet the following criteria:

  • The individual should have been in the business for a minimum of 15 years.
  • The individual should have demonstrated successful leadership at their company.
  • The individual should have been active in local printing industry activities, served in a leadership role and made noteworthy contributions.
  • This individual should have been active in local community activities.
  • This individual should be exemplary in their conduct.

We recognize Ken’s creative force for innovation and for inspiration to his fellow craftsmen in the graphic arts industry of the Southern Region.  We applaud his devotion to the needs and aspirations of our industry.
