Promotional Products Coordinator
Think Patented is the region’s leading Marketing Execution company. Our growing company provides a full range of conventional and digital printing, mailing services, fulfillment solutions, design and web development and promotional products to medium and large organizations.
Due to our dramatic growth and future expansion plans, we are looking to make an addition to our growing promotional products division. We are seeking a dynamic account coordinator to support growing promotional sales. Will be responsible for: sales support, handling online orders and customer questions, creation of quotes, order management and follow up. Candidate must have strong customer service skills, detailed oriented and good phone skills. Must also be a team player, computer savvy and have a strong attention to detail and good ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Customer Service or relevant, equivalent experience. (Promotional Products, Sourcing experience a plus)
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook/Express with the ability to learn new computer systems.
